Our foil is manufactured from non-toxic, recycled closed cell polyethylene foam. Up to 40% of our foam core is actually manufactured from recycled milk cartons.

Not only does this reduce the need for refining and processing raw materials, it makes use of a product that is used every day and saves it from a landfill. Our Insulation has one of the lowest carbon footprints of any insulation material on sale today.

Global Warming Potential

Most insulation materials can make claims of low carbon footprint or Global Warming Potential (GWP) since they insulate and reduce CO2. 

Our foil Insulation has one of the lowest Carbon Footprints or GWP of any Insulation product of sale today, even without considering the carbon saving from lifecycle use. This is due in no small part to our patented production method which eliminates the use of glues, adhesives or solvents.

Space Saving

Incorporating our Insulation in any insulation system means the profile of the system can be made smaller / narrower. This also reduces the thickness of ancillary components.

Reducing ancillary components reduces haulage and takes trucks off the road. It also has the adding benefit of reducing internal/occupied space and reducing overall costs.
