Step 1. A thorough inspection will be carried out by our professional surveyor to make sure that your conservatory is suitable for the work to be carried out to the highest safety specifications and building regulations.

Step 2. Our team of in-house installers will remove your existing roof, including the aluminium frame, to allow the construction of your new customised fully tiled roof

Step 3. A perimeter is made along the shape of the remaining frame using lightweight timber. This will give a solid foundation for our unique construction pods.

Step 4. Each specially shaped pod will be laid and securely attaced to each other and the new frame to create the same shape and contours of your old roof style.

Step 5. A layer of high-quality insulation will be fitted under the pods on the inside of your roof to ensure maximum insulation and achieve the highest possible U-Value of 0.15w/m2k.

Step 6. The inside of the ceiling will be expertly plastered and smoothed. Once dried it’s ready to be painted. Any wiring for new lighting or spaces for optional windows will be put in place.

Step 7. A waterproof membrane will be laid across the outside of the roof pods to provide protection from rain and the elements.

Step 8. A final layer of OSB also gives a solid and level foundation to apply your chosen tiles.

Step 9. Finally, your choice of tiles and other guttering/facia will be fitted to complete the rebuild and leave you with a beautiful conservatory that you can enjoy all year around.
